These terms describe the current TIRAKOOB website and consultation process. The institute must add its responsible legal entity, contact details, governing law, and reviewed final terms before public launch. The site does not claim legal registration, accreditation, or official recognition.
Consultation requests
The initial 45-minute consultation is free. A preferred date and time submitted through the website is a request, not a confirmed booking. TIRAKOOB will contact the applicant to agree on a suitable time and meeting method.
Paid services
No paid work begins until the scope, deliverables, timing, and fee have been discussed and agreed in advance. The website does not process payments. A consultation request alone does not create a paid service agreement.
Research responsibilities
Research guidance is intended to support learning, ethical methods, and responsible scholarship. Applicants and researchers remain responsible for their data permissions, participant protections, institutional approvals, authorship, citations, and final work.
Administrator access
Public account registration is disabled. The consultation management dashboard is restricted to administrator access provisioned privately by the operator. Internal consultant directory entries do not create login accounts.
